Reviewed November 23, 2021 (edited June 12, 2022)Taste: smooth. Floral. Oak. Char is there and good proof level. Very approachable from the bourbon lover and the beginner. Balanced. Room for growth is it could be more complex, it’s not giving you like 5 flavors or more but more like 3. Nose: floral. Faint. Sweet. Pleasant. Easy and not a lot of ethanol. Finish: medium. Sits in the chest like a bourbon but goes down like a mix of Tennessee sweet and bourbon. Overall: I certainly appreciate it more than most others at this $45-$50 price range. The 111 is a step up from the Chattanooga 91, which also good, but this great.
