The nose took me WAY back, Bazooka bubble gum ,black tea ,brown sugar, caramel got this on sale. If you haven’t bought any of the Chattanooga line you are missing out. Flavor is a wonderful blend of the nose.

N - Traditional whisky scents of Honey, brown sugar, maple… backed by the high profile alcohol
P - cherry, black licorice, leather
F - salt, oak, dark fruits… Nice high proof burn
This is really good
This smells of cocoa and tea, with a flavor of fruit cake and malted chocolate. But there’s too much burn from the alcohol and it gets in the way. Let it breathe. Water helps.

Chattanooga 111
Corn, nutmeg and orange on the nose – 6
Strong corn with chocolate and pear with grassy spice on the palate – 6
Oak and corn on the finish – 6
Overall: 6
Worth a try, still working on a final verdict, young bourbon that has provided inconsistent tastings
