Formulated each year by CEO & Founder Tim Piersant, Chattanooga Whiskey Founder's 11th Anniversary Blend is made from a blend of three solera whiskeys — each representing the past, present, and future. The past solera was an Indiana straight bourbon aged for 4+ years; the present solera was a Tennessee straight bourbon made with a Tennessee high malt recipe aged 2+ years; and the future solera was a blend of Tennessee straight whiskeys aged 3+ years from their Experimental & Riverfront Distilleries.

Tasting Notes
"The nose is rich, offering creamy peanut butter, salted caramel, and molasses, as well as spearmint. The palate is dry but chewy, with barrel char, pecans, lemon peel, and green oak. The finish is moderate in length, with vanilla, wintergreen, sour cherries, and musty wood shop, followed by a spicy, zingy side with white pepper, cloves, allspice, and kola nut."
