RyeRye produced in the US must be made of at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels (no age requirement). Elsewhere, it will be made according to the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.

Tasting Notes
"Sticky-sweet peanut brittle opens up first on the nose, followed by mint, vanilla, oak, and aniseed. The palate is thin and drying up front, with leather and pine, followed by Baker's chocolate, fennel, nutmeg, and cloves. The finish is moderate in length, with cinnamon and brown sugar, along with fiery Red Hots and toasted rye bread."
