Cereal grains, corn, figs, raisins, graham cracker, and candy corn nose. Sweet and hot, corn, caramel and ethanol on the palate. Cloying.

Surprisingly good base for bourbon or whiskey. Aged in barrel for only 45 minutes but still grabs some wood and honeysuckle.
