Ichiro's Malt Chichibu 2010 Chibidaru (bottled 2014) A balanced, 4-year-old, single malt Japanese whisky by Ichiro Akito for the Hanyu Distillery matured in quarter casks with a total of 262 bottles produced., The name "Chibidaru" means "cute casks" in Japanese! It has a spicy birth with notes of pear apple pie & smoke; while a rich life adds notes of citrus peel, cereal, syrup & coffee; that led to a sweet death of medium length with notes of oak, vanilla, ginger & spiced orange.
