Tasting Notes
"The nose of this whiskey is warming and autumnal with tart red apple aromas cloaked in warm spices and a faint aroma of burning leaves. The medium-rich palate takes on flavors of caramel toffee, baked apples, and loads of clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon notes. A fruity tartness coats the palate into the finish, but it fizzles out with the dense spiciness and charred oak adding quite a bit of heat and a touch of bitterness. "
