Chicken Cock Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon (Batch 2)

White Amber color, spicy aroma with butterscotch on the front and some heat on the finish also pepper notes.

Good carmwl up front but weak finish. Definitely does not frink like 100 proof. Thought it was an 80.

Batch 2 Nose: Light and balanced, maybe some corn. Pallet: Dark caramel, leather and oak. Finish: Can get a bit sour but a nice mellow mug. I like the idea of a 7 barrel blend for $70, who else is doing this? Is it the best I’ve had no and one bottle of this release is enough, will I buy release 3 and other releases going forward, yes I will.
