Tasting Notes
"The wood aging has really affected the tequila. Where the blanco showed bright tropical fruit notes, the reposado shows the sweetness from the barrel in vanilla, chocolate, and wood spices though not to the extreme smokiness shown on their aƱejo. The palate is soft and creamy smooth with gentle baking spices and bitter lime pith. They've made three distinctly different tequilas."
