Tasting Notes
"A fruity nose offers several takes on apples, from overripe apples to a tinge of tart cider-vinegar, along with pears, melon, and honey. The palate is drier and far less fruity, offering oak, spice, grain, hay, toffee, and honey. A long and smooth finish opens up larger, offering a range of sherry-influenced citrus, zest, and spice, all laced with baked apples. "
