Tasting Notes
"Toasted malt notes combine with juicy orchard fruits to create a complex, weighty nose on this satisfying whiskey. The palate shows more flavors of crisp autumn cider and hints at wisps of smoky malt and dark chocolate. The finish has a slight sulfurous or mineral tone, but this is overall a very tasty and innovative project. Note: Review for Batch 003."
