Tasting notes Nose: ethanol forward, mild oak that becomes more apparent as it opens, vanilla and little orange zest Palate: light caramel with sweetness, oak jumps out (reminds me of fresh cut white oak), white pepper sharpness and taste, and that fades into vanilla Finish: oakiness persist with slight bitterness, mild char, still peppery and longer vanilla There is a faint creaminess that shows up but can't tell if it's on the end of the taste or beginning of the finish
