CÎROC VS French Brandy

Tastes like an inexpensive Courvoisier. Very sweet and very smooth. Not something I would sip neat very much, but works as a sub in for cognac based cocktails.

Vanilla, oak, honey, light fruit, very smooth and dry.

Notes are true to label and review description. Surprisingly smooth and no headache. Quality was "very special" and price was super good. Will buy again and again.

Very little alcohol burn on the nose, with a little raisin and dried wood being the only identifiable aromas. Palate is warm, rich and coating, with vanilla, toffee and stewed cherries leading to the inevitable grapes. The grapes carry the close, lingering a good minute after the last of the mild tingle has passed. Many similar flavors to bourbon, but in vastly different proportion, and far less challenging. I rather like this.

Not bad somewhat smooth slight kick

The appearance is clear mahogany, with uniform alcohol legs. The aroma is of tannic, robust grapes and oak, with a mild caramel back note. The flavor is of those elements, with noticeable oak, which seems to have possibly been charred. The body is medium, and Ciroc VS finishes rich and medium length. RJT
