Citadelle Wild Blossom Gin
Launched in 2017, a total of 20 aromatics create Citadelle Wild Blossom Extreme No. 2. This gin begins with the base of the Original Citadelle Gin which uses 19 botanicals and adds an infusion of wild cherry blossom petals.
Then the gin is aged for five months in cherry wood casks. It's bottled at 42.6% ABV.

Tasting Notes
"At first the gin is dominated by intoxicating floral notes of jasmine, violets and Iris. Then it quickly gives way to the pleasing aroma of marzipan and cherry blossoms. The time spent in a barrel is apparent on the palate bringing a small explosion of wood spices such as cardamom and anise seed. On the recovery of the spicy surprise, a delicate balance of juniper and warm vanilla shows up as though late for the garden party. Long finish with forward floral notes all the way. This gin would pair deliciously with a fizzy lemonade, a red raspberry garnish and a wide brim hat!"
