Tasting Notes
"A lot of spice, particularly cardamom and coriander, along with floral notes are found on the nose with the juniper playing a minor role. These botanicals play nice with each other without throughout the tasting experience with the dark spices bringing the gin to a close. The 47% ABV helps the gin have some snap and it will stand up in cocktails such as the Negroni with its bold flavors. A Bee's Knees cocktail is also nice especially if you have a flavorful dark honey. "
