Clear Creek Vodka is made using 100% apples from the Pacific Northwest. Fourteen non-GMO varietals grown in Hood River and Yakima Valley were fermented and distilled.
The vodka was cut to proof with glacier-fed water from Mt. Hood.

The vodka was cut to proof with glacier-fed water from Mt. Hood. Available first in Oregon in June 2019, the vodka will be available to other markets later in summer of that year.

Unflavored VodkaDistilled from any agricultural product, most commonly grains or potatoes. Typically distilled to 95% ABV. Water is added to bring the spirit down to as low as 37.5% ABV in the EU and 40% ABV in the US. It is usually filtered, often with charcoal, prior to bottling. It is almost always clear and unaged.

"On the first nosing, you can immediately tell that this vodka was distilled from fruit rather than a grain. Though it has a fruity, floral aroma akin to an eau de vie, on the palate it's remarkably more neutral, with only whispers of fruit and mineral notes."
