Fine rum is the company’s entry level rum, made from local cane molasses and “gently aged” in American oak and brought to proof with coral-filtered water.

"Initially, there is a pleasant buttery vanilla, brown sugar and herbal flavor of a classic young rum. However, the finish has a perceivable acetone quality that can't be ignored. This is no sipping rum, but would stand up fairly well in cocktails if there is need to mix them on a budget."
