That is cooked in an Autoclave; fermented & 2x distilled in Stainless Steel Pots; aged for 6 months in French oak wine casks; before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has a complex birth with notes of agave, citrus, wood, herbs & spices; while a balanced life adds notes of pepper, orange zest, oak, butterscotch; that led to a rich & spicy death of medium length with plenty of vanilla & caramel.
