Hotter than I remembered. Good mouthfeel though. Thick, you can tell its barrel stength. Good sweetness, not a ton of pepper. Some oak on the finish, but not too strong.

After resting in a glen for a few minutes, the bose comes off hot. But i do sense sweet oak, and tobacco playing peekaboo amidst the intensity. Its tannic and a little astringent on the palate, but notes of oak and vanilla do shine through. The finish is the best part. The harshness is gone and all that remains is the best part of this which are notes of oak and sweet vanilla.
