Tasting Notes
"The nose is like apples sautéed in brown butter, sprinkled with cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. The palate is spicy—both sweet and hot—with flavors of toasted pine nuts, fried sage, and more of that buttery caramelized apple note. The finish is rich and spicy, with subtle sparks of heat. "
