Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel Bourbon

Tried neat. On the nares I get sweetness with notes of vanilla, brown sugar, maple syrup, caramel, pears, spice, candied pecans, & candied fruit. On the palate it’s smooth & sweet with hints of brown sugar, charred oak, slight vanilla, with a little spicy Kentucky hug on the backside. Delicious. Will try with a few drops of water next time to see how it opens up!
