Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel Bourbon

Smells like oak, toffee, caramel, and a hint of vanilla. Tastes floral, and kind of like cherries, with a stronger vanilla flavor, and still plenty of oak taste. It’s a pretty bright flavor. Getting a decent amount of ethanol on the nose but it’s not bad.

Head to head with barrel proof and small batch. Very close. This is delicious.
