Reviewed June 6, 2017 (edited November 22, 2019)disappointing for the price point. has an extreme dry astringent aftertaste that lingers for days. quite overwhelming sweetness upfront. nose is floral, ethanol, butterscotch. it's simply overpriced, one noted, lacks complexity compared to cheaper bourbon. -

Reviewed June 2, 2017 (edited June 5, 2017)this bourbon is deep in color with a light sweet nose but once tasted is like having a piece a pecan pie baked in an oak pie tin. warm on the finish with a medium hold over a peppery Oak spice. scrumptious is the word that comes to mind as chewing on this whiskey could go on for minutes
