Spicy with a dry semi sweet aftertaste

First sniff has a notes of cloves and vanilla and toasted oak. First taste has a smooth toffee and milk notes with a light spicy apple finish that stays on my pallet.

Slight smoke and spice, with notes of vanilla and caramel. The palate has apple juice, toffee, and more caramel. The finish is smooth and delightful.

Vanilla toffee aroma. Vanilla apple and spice flavor. Toasted oak well after the finish.

Very smooth, complex flavor without anything that's going to push people away. An interesting take on the Highlands.

Advent #23. Aroma is a little pear with some sweet spiciness. Taste is spicy... But more sweet with vanilla. Enjoyed this. No smoke or peat.
