Tasting Notes
"The smoke present on the nose is moderate allowing vegetal agave notes and earthy mineral aromas to shine through. The mezcal has a medium-full, soft feeling in the mouth and more of those herbal and earthy notes come in. There's enough sweetness present showing a balance of flavors and it's only gently spicy on the tip of the tongue. A light flavor of dried fruit notes appear as well. More tastes reveal some clay and roast peppers. Smoke is present throughout but it isn't the dominating flavor. Overall, a nicely balanced mezcal at a great price point."
