Tasting Notes

"The nose is floral with violets and chrysanthemum bud, along with honeycomb and butterscotch, plus a combination of butter, cinnamon and brown sugar reminiscent of hot buttered rum. The palate is soft, even a touch watery, with lightly creamy and buttery notes, along with waxy apples and a savory herbal side. Find warming spice and oak on the finish, with pine, spearmint, and a faint bitterness of burnt coffee. "
