Tasting Notes
"Chocolate fudge and vanilla frosting lead on the nose, with grape jelly, hay, and peanut brittle. The palate starts quite soft and watery, before revealing a cast of floral and herbal flavors, with more vanilla, and hay. The finish is short, with tannic oak, flashes of salt and black pepper, and the Cognac influence shining through, offset though by a lasting bitterness."
