Coopers' Craft Original 82.2 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Very smooth. Very easy to drink at over 80 proof. Good value, too.

Tasting neat from 2oz taster: Nose is full of pear and wood spice, with some light green apple. Palate is sweet with tons of caramel and more pear. Finishes quick but the heat and wood linger for a long time.
