Copper City Bourbon

Nose: Ethanol, young whiskey style, plus a bit of grass/hay. Palate: Thin, bit of caramel, and on the second taste overdone campfire marshmallow. Finish: Flash of an intense burn, mostly mouthfeel, some a bit deeper into the chest. The finish is surprisingly long but tapers to a hint that just goes on longer than i care for..

Arizona

👃Ethanol-lacks the standard bourbon smell. 👅Thin—not very sweet for a bourbon. Short finish. Drinkable.

Hot on the finish as others have said. But not bad. Drink local.

Serviceable, but unremarkable. Thought I smelled a hint of fruit on the nose. Spice hits the palate immediately, but then fades just as fast on the finish

Cowboy bourbon through and through. Lots of heat with little relief. Always try to keep a local bottle on the shelf but I think I'll try something else next time.
