"Find a distinctive new-make spirit quality on the nose upfront, with baked apples and orange zest, a bit of pepper and spice, and hints of a liqueur sweetness. The palate is drier than the nose would suggest, with a somewhat chewy mouthfeel. It moves ahead to overripe apples, green apples, and apricots. It's a smooth sipper and the finish offers more baked apples, along with cinnamon-apple crumble. Add ice for more sweetness."
