Their overproof moonshine is made from corn, barley, wheat, limestone rich water and bottled at 120 proof. Sold in 375ml sized bottles. Limited availability.

Tasting Notes

"Once you get past the ethanol aroma, there’s a nose of toasted grain and sourdough. The palate also has a healthy dose of ethanol with or without water. Beyond that there’s crushed wheat, more dough, and a little bit of sulfur. The sourdough is a unique quality and engenders a yen for German mustard."
