Reviewed April 14, 2025Maple syrup on the nose, super heavy. Sherry too, and the color is so dark. Smells like soy sauce honestly. It tastes pretty bad, clearly this weird 200 year old barrel was a gamble but man it didn't pay off.Copperworks Distilling - Kenmore
