A crisp, single estate agaves de semilla by Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero for Mijenta Tequila Nom 1499 in Jalisco (Los Altos Southern) crafted in stainless steel & bottled at 50% abv. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, fruits, flowers, earth, herbs & spices; while a full & elegant life adds notes of cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberry, anise, lavender, gardenia & vanilla; that led to a balanced death of medium length with a hint of orange zest, cinnamon, cardamom & sea spray.
