WhiteDistilled from a cereal mash bill comprised of any grain(s), must age at least briefly in oak for an unspecified amount of time.
"Way better than your typical unaged whiskey, and doesn't taste like the typical "just get it out there" entry level product many new brands are throwing up on the shelf while they recoup start up costs. Has some fun grainy flavor, malty sweet chocolate and spiciness. Not too bad on the acetone front, more typical on your average unaged whiskey. Wouldn't be much of a crime to enjoy it over ice or in a cocktail."
