Corzo Tequila Silver

Slightly smoky, sweet, green, white pepper. Medium body, complex.

You know the old discussion, is something a fruit or a vegetable? Well, Corzo has decided that agave is a vegetable. It tastes like this was a definite choice. No real sweetness or citrus tang. Oily and a little bitter, the maybe, asparagus and undercooked potato (?) flavor is different. So I like the unique quality of this, though it isn't really in my flavor preference.
