Their Pepper Vodka was created to be the ideal ingredient for a Bloody Mary. They started with their standard vodka and infused a variety of sweet and hot peppers, it was then bottled at 40% ABV.

"The aroma is a stew of different pepper characteristics, sweet peppers, poblanos, even green bell peppers. The palate is a mess. The peppers are all at each other’s throats arguing who should be the center of attention. As you taste, the sweet and spicy flavors continue to amplify as if they’re in a shouting match. Perhaps tomato juice could put them in separate corners."
