Cream Gin
London Dry Gin
Worship Street Whistling Shop // England
Made in conjunction with Master of Malt, this gin from Worship Street Whistling Shop (WS2), a regarded cocktail bar in East London, uses cream as one of their botanicals. During the Victorian Era, cream and sugar were commonly used in gin houses though they were typically just added to infuse with the gin to improve its taste.
In this case, the cream is cold-distilled so as not to burn. The equivalent of 100 ml of cream is used for each bottle.

Tasting Notes
"The milky notes come through on the nose and seem to bring to the forefront green herbal and earthy notes. On further nosings, citrus peel makes an appearance and then a dash of floral notes. If you've ever had a Ramos Gin Fizz, then you'll know exactly the aroma. The cream is a lovely presence both in the mouth and on the aftertaste which harmonizes well with the juniper and coriander. It is full, but not overtly so and yes, it is a touch sweet but it seems to balance all of the players well. An intriguing gin that you'd likely spend time with, not only to double down in the aforementioned cocktail, but why not try in a mug of hot English Breakfast Tea to get your morning going?"
