Tasting Notes
"The nose reveals aromas of brown sugar, tart apricot, lemon peel, and spice with a bit of alcoholic heat. It surprisingly lightweight and fruity, almost bourbon-like, with flavors of tart green apple, toasted oak, green tea, and spicy rye notes. An herbal caraway seed-like flavors comes into the finish with a light sweetness akin to marshmallows. It finishes dry and light on the palate. "
