Fennel, spicy, but also a very smooth to the palate, just a drip of water to open up even more the aromas and taste.

Had my father in law bring this back from the old country. One of my new favorite gins. Has 23 botanicals, many local items, but my highlight is the citrus notes that stand out from the calamansi lime.
