Reviewed May 3, 2018 (edited July 2, 2019)Cutty Sark has a very pale , champagne appearance, with strong alcohol legs, however. The aroma is of a quite low profile earthy, smoky peat. Taste is similarly mellow. Some might call it bland, but I think it must take extreme skill to blend these light ones, without presenting any off or off-kilter notes. Mouthfeel is light, and finish is relatively quick. RJT
