I tend to steer clear of scotch these days, as my body can't handle peat anymore. However, this is one I would consider revisiting. I recall a doughy note on the palate, similar to what I get with some wheated bourbons. I remember this having a very light scotch profile with minimal (if any) peat detectable.
Lemongrass, iodine, lime zest, and faint pine on the nose, along with a fair bit of ethanol. Light, thin mouthfeel. Palate is quite neutral for a whisky, with some more iodine and pine, and a bit of lemon – but overall lacking any intensity of flavour. Finishes short, with a bit of heat.
