Dailuaine 16 Year Flora & Fauna

Nose – Spicy cinnamon, slight smoky raspberries, leather, grass, little sulfur, roses… Palate – Dark/milk chocolate, espresso, walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, dates/figs. Green grapes… Medium mouth coat. Finish – A bit short, earthy, gravy-like, malted barley, smoke, cedar wood, dry.. Water – N – Brings chocolate to the nose, mossy grasses, bananas and herbs… P – Brings more spices/black pepper, caliente pepper. F – Bit bland, with some mint. No minerality detected. 4.0 of 5.0 – 60 bucks.

Very smooth, Dads fav.

Marmalade, smoke, bitter almond, faint vanilla. Needs a cigar.
