Tasting Notes
"It starts hot and viscous on the nose with a small burn coming in sharply before being cut off by a pleasant caramel. This next moves towards vanilla, sweet pudding and marzipan with a raisin twist before reaching sweeter heights soon after with floral tones and ripe pineapple. The taste turns to honey, malts, and fudge which is backed by syrupy port, fruits, and flowers. The finish of moderate length with fruity smoke, salted caramel, and a hint of peppery spice. "
