Tasting Notes
"Age has imparted a lot of chocolate flavors to the malt, not just one type, but milk, bittersweet, malted cocoa, and even a hint of sweet white chocolate. Its also got quite a bit of oakiness, adding some tannins, ginger and notes of black tea that linger into the finish. There's not much fruit here (and most of it dried), but a couple of drops of water allow herbal notes and more spice to come into play. "
