Dalmore 14 Year

Neck pours. Supple and balanced with orange marmalade, raspberry jam, licorice, baking spices, dried fruit. Yum!

I was surprised how much I liked it. At a Christmas Eve party where we had several to choose from, I found myself going back to this one. So much so I went out and bought my own bottle.

On the nose sherry, orange, melon, dates, vanilla, toffee, charred oak, honey. Palate: charcoal, vanilla, dark fruits, oak, sherry cask. Balanced finish, barrel forward with some heat.
