"One can't ignore the influence of wine here but its a balanced and pleasing presence. It doesn't overwhelm the more subtle aromas of peaches, wild berries and brown sugar. The palate delivers a large array of flavors ranging from white pepper, marzipan, caramel biscuits, sultanas, ginger and honeycomb. A rounded and velvety dram. The aftermath is deliciously lingering with more fruity aromas."
