This highland region Scotch reflects the honey flavor of the region most predominantly. It is smoother than some highland scotches due to its sweetness, but it is still very potent. It does not have a higher score because it’s other notes are more difficult to identify as it is not as adequately balanced. It puts nicely with a fatty fish or chicken.
