Dalwhinnie 15 Year

Not my favorite to drink straight; one of the only whiskys that I'll add a splash of water to for sipping. The honey flavor makes it excellent for making glazes in cooking, which is a sort of sad fate for a bottle of scotch but that's what I use it for nonetheless.
