Dalwhinnie 15 Year

I'm not really into scotch yet.... or am I? Because I really liked this dram.

Very mineral! Little background smoke and peat. A lot of honey, vanilla and sweetness! It is posted as « pleated single malt » but the subtility of the peat is surprising. It is an interesting scotch. Deserving a 90% score? Maybe not.

Nose : peach raspberry Body :warm, but pepper, honey Finish: bitter but almost non-existent This dram is very weak for a 15 year old. It's not bad, but not remarkable either.
