Dalwhinnie 15 Year

Sweet, sweet, sweet with a hint of salt on the tip of the tongue. Like biting into a good caramel. Not what I usually go for in a scotch, but damned good at what it does.

Nose: citrus fruits - orange, lime, lemon, bit of mango. Brine, honey. Delicate mineral water Palate: light sweet honey, small spice lingers Finish: light spice lingers, very slitht smoke Nice understated balance of citrus fruits, sugar and Highland minerals.
